Your debug information is located in the WPML Support area in your WordPress admin.

Your debug information includes data like server configuration, WordPress version, and installed plugin versions. It doesn’t include private information, and is only visible to the supporter assigned to your ticket.

By sharing debug information with our support team, we can identify problems more easily and resolve your issue faster.

Where can I find my debug information?

To find your debug information:

  1. Go to WPML → Support.
  2. Under the Support section, click the debug information link.
