To send content for translation to GTE Localize, install the following plugins on your website:
- WPML Multilingual CMS – the core plugin
- WPML String Translation – this plugin will allow you to translate interface strings

Connecting Your Website to GTE Localize
First, you need to connect WPML with GTE Localize. Part of this very simple process is to request your GTE API token.
You can request the API Token from GTE Localize in two ways:
- Fill your information in the token request form on GTE’s website. Once they receive the request, they will send you the authentication key.
- Contact our team via mobile phone, email, skype, or an inquiry form.
Sending content for translation
Once your site is connected to GTE Localize, you can start sending your content for translation.
Receive a quotation from GTE Localize
Once your content is received, GTE analyzes the project details and gives you a quotation. If you agree with the rates, deadlines, and terms of conditions, they will assign the task to suitable linguists and start the project.
Receiving completed translations
Once done, your site is ready to receive completed translations.
Canceling translation jobs
In case you want to cancel the translation, you need to contact GTE Localize directly. Only GTE has the permissions to cancel a project.
If your Translation Pickup mode is automatic, the cancellation request will be sent to your website automatically through XML-PRC. If the configuration is manual, you need to go to Check status and get translations to see any changes. All canceled jobs will be removed from the Translation Jobs tab.

Translating the Rest of Your Site
Once you’re done translating the content of your page, there could be untranslated texts in menus, sidebars, and similar places. No problem, you can use GTE Localize to translate the rest of your site.
