About Pozena

POZENA has been a dependable feature of the localization market for some 25 years, successfully producing several million words per year, for more than a thousand corporate, business, and professional clients. That’s in any European language and major global ones.

Translating websites is of their particular interest, as these projects require a very wide spectrum of competence, and they like to be challenged with every project.

Getting started with Pozena and WPML

To send content for translation to Pozena, install the following plugins on your website:

  • WPML Multilingual CMS – the core plugin
  • WPML String Translation – this plugin will allow you to translate interface strings

You can download them from your wpml.org account. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new one by choosing WPML Multilingual CMS or Multilingual Agency plans.

Working with Pozena via WPML

Here are the basic steps of working with WPML and Pozena. For a full walkthrough, check out our page about using WPML with a translation service.

Connecting Your Website to Pozena

First, you need to connect WPML with Pozena. Part of this very simple process is to request your Pozena API token.

Yiu can request your free WPML token by emailing info@pozena.com.

Sending content for translation

Once your site is connected to Pozena, you can start sending your content for translation.

Receive a quotation from Pozena

Pozena’s client service standard for new inquiries is simple:

  1. They carefully consider the job (your URL).
  2. They phone you back within 24 hours to discuss your particular needs and views.
  3. They assist you with the WPML token and they receive your actual content for detailed analysis.
  4. On that basis, they issue a written offer for the job. The offer may also include a proposal for ongoing support if that is desired.

Receiving completed translations

Once done, your site is ready to receive completed translations.

Pozena will communicate any key stages by phone, email, and MS Temas, to make sure the translation experience is smooth and your opinions impact all key decisions.

Canceling translation jobs

To cancel a job, please email info@pozena.com as soon as you become aware you need to cancel it.

You will be charged fairly: for the volume already completed by that point and an admin fee.

Read more about canceling translation jobs sent to a professional service.

Translating the Rest of Your Site

Once you’re done translating the content of your page, there could be untranslated texts in menus, sidebars, and similar places. No problem, you can use Pozena to translate the rest of your site.
