Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the permalink for the shop to the Italian 'negozio' on a site under development using WPML.

Symptoms:
The shop base permalink won't translate despite following all documentation and adding translations.

Questions:
How do I change it?

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please go to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translations and find the products post type there?

Then, you will be able to see a link below it, which is to translate the slug for the product post type. Screenshot:

After translation, please do as follows:

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks".
- Click the "Save" button to flush the permalinks cache.

Also, can you provide the debug information?

Thanks.
