Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

The Events Calendar offers a wide range of functionality, and translations can be handled in different ways. I recommend starting with this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/build-multilingual-events-websites-events-calendar-wpml/. Could you let me know which specific strings you are trying to translate?

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

We've a couple of such issues reported already. Perhaps this one is more relevant to yours. Please try the solution mentioned in this errata and see if it fixes the problem.

Additionally, there's another issue, which addresses the translations loading problem on the whole. If the previous errata fixes the issue, then you may skip this one, otherwise try this as well.

Please let me know which one fixed your issue.

Regards.

Dear,

I really need help with this project. I cant rely on such support. Your plugin is not working over all. Menus are not showing. I am still getting errors in backend trying to reach settings. Posts are not showing in translated content. Its useless. I am assuming to cancel my subscription and ask for full refund. This is not the way that I can seriously deliver multilingual pages to my custommers. Cen I get in touch with your manager?

I am sorry to know that you're having problems while dealing with WPML. In this very ticket, I tried my best to help you with the problem you mentioned.

If you're having more issues, I'll encourage you to report issues in separate tickets. We've dedicated support 24/7 to help our valued clients. You can either connect on the live chat or can report via tickets.

Unfortunately we can take only one issue per ticket so we can provide to the point help, without creating any confusion or mixing several things.

However, on chat our support can help you with different issues in a session.

Please let me know about the current issue with the events calendar, that if any of the provided erratas in my previous message, were of any help? I'll try my best to help you further about this issue as needed.

Again, for other issues please feel free to open new tickets per issue or connect via live chat, we'd love to help you fix any WPML related problems.
