This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where part of the layout was missing from the translated page of their website, even though it was visible in the source code.

Solution:
We investigated the issue and initially thought it might be related to the Spectra plugin. However, further investigation showed that the problem was not with Spectra, as other translated pages displayed correctly. The client then experimented by removing different blocks from the page and discovered that a specific block was causing the issue. Once this block was removed, the layout appeared correctly on the translated page.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend trying to isolate the problem by selectively removing components or blocks to see if one might be causing the layout to break. Additionally, ensure that all plugins and themes are up to date.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I've just started translating a website the usual way using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
Part of the layout is completely missing from the translated page, even though it’s visible in the source code.
You can see the issue here: hidden link and the translation: hidden link

Questions:
Why is part of the layout missing from the translated page even though it’s visible in the source code?

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I checked about the issue, however, I don't think the problem is coming from Spectra, because if that's the case then home page translation shouldn't show the content as well.

Anyhow, I am checking more and 'll get back to you accordingly.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I'm trying to reproduce the issue in a fresh test site without any luck so far, so I can then assess issue in more depth, that if it is only happening in your site or can be reproduced in a clean setup.

And I can then escalate to our 2nd tier team accordingly.

I'm still working on this and 'll get back to you on Monday.

Hi Waqas, your commentary made me think that, if Spectra is compatible with WPML and you could not reproduce the issue, there should be something wrong with the specific page with the issue.

So I started deleting blocks to see if I could spot the problem and I turns out, I have just been able to find a block responsible for the issue. If I remove it, the issue disappears.

I don't know exactly the root of the problem, but at least the issue is gone.

Thank you very much for your help Waqas, have a nice weekend!
