This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the content designed with Divi Builder when attempting to translate a page using WPML. Only the page title appears, and changing custom field translations only displays the code names of the content.
Solution:
1. Edit the Default Language Page:
* Navigate to the original page in the default language and edit it using the Classic Editor to ensure all elements are recognized.
2. Trigger a Page Update:
* Make a minor temporary change, like adding a space in the page title, and update the page.
3. Revert the Temporary Change:
* Remove the temporary change and update the page again. This forces a re-scan of the content.
4. Confirm Custom Field Settings:
* Check under WPML → Settings and ensure all fields starting with '_et_pb_' are set to 'Translate'. Save any changes.
5. Clear WPML Cache:
* Go to WPML → Support and click on 'Troubleshooting'. Then, clear the cache in WPML.
6. Attempt Translation Again:
* Try translating the page again by clicking the plus icon next to your target language.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be due to other factors or the solution might be outdated. Background of the issue:
I want to translate my webpage, which is built in WordPress with Divi (child theme). I downloaded and paid for WPML, and it's registered. I've tried both Advanced and Classic editor. Under settings, Custom field translations, I've tried to change all beginning with _et_pb_ to Translate. I also added this to wp-config.php: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'). I've cleared the cache in Divi, WPML, Litespeed multiple times.

Symptoms:
When I begin to translate, all I see is the row with the page's title – the content does not show up. Changing custom field translations only brings up the code names of the content.

Questions:
Why does the content designed with Divi Builder not show up when translating a page?

Hi! I translated all the Divi layouts in the Divi Library, I then cleared cache in WPML and Divi. I also editet the page to make it change, then saved again. No result though, still the same issue when trying to translate a page - I don't see the content i designed in divi. What's the next step?

Here are two sceenshots showing how the hidden link page looks in real life (to the right) and in WPML translation (to the left). The content does not show up in translation.

Thanks for linking to those, I didn't find those. So, the about page seems to be working with the Swedish translation, but most pages still don't get a Swedish translation. And when I try to press translate, for example with hidden link, they either not show the content from Divi, or they say I've tried translate it 3 times and I shall contact support. This is what the lists look like in wpml, I don't know what the symbols meen but it doesn't look right?

Hi again! I've translated all I can find both pages (nothing but still) and divi body layouts (that seems to be where my content is), but I have two problems still that I need your review on:
1) The footer – I can't find anywhere where I can translate it. It's made in Divi Builder. It's not in the list.
2) The contact page – the page translation is alright (it's nothing really) but I can't get to the divi layout to translate it when I see it in the list. It says I need to contact support. See attached screenshot. What to do? Thanks!

Hi! Thanks so much for all your help. I've managed to translate all pages except the 404 page now. The 404 page is not a page I created as a page, it's something I could assign a Divi layout to in the Divi builder. Here you can see the page and design in English, I don't know where to find it to translate it: hidden link Can you help me? Thanks in advance!
