If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Generate a new key for your domain by visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites.
2. Remove the old key from your site.
3. Go to your site's backend.
4. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial.
5. Unregister WPML using the old key.
6. Reregister WPML using the new key.
