Background of the issue:
I have Spectra one. I created two footers (one in French, one in English) for my site 隐藏链接. They are different units, not translated, as I have different content for both languages.
Symptoms:
The French footer has a white band under the footer I'm unable to remove.
Questions:
How can I remove the white band under the French footer?
or
How can I duplicate the English footer to the French version and change it independently?
