Background of the issue:
I want to use different images on translation pages using Toolset Layouts. My image is uploaded on Toolset Layouts. When I go to Translations to translate the layout, I can see only the content and not the images. I have installed the media translation plugin.
Symptoms:
I replace the image on media translation but nothing changes.
Questions:
Why does the image not change after using the media translation plugin?
I suspect that this is being caused by a conflict with a plugin. To verify that and make the necessary tests without harming your website, I need you to please create a staging version of it. Let me know if this is possible.

In your case, you will need to search for the image URL (using the search field), inside the translation editor and add its translation. URLs are hidden by default, that's why you need to actively search for them. Check the image attached.
