This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to complete the translation of a post from French to English using the Advanced Translation Editor, with the translation showing 99% completion and not saving as 100%. Consequently, the post was not published in English. Solution: We resolved the issue by switching back to the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend trying the following steps: 1. Access the settings of the Advanced Translation Editor by clicking the gear icon. 2. In the pop-up window that appears, select the option to switch to the previous version of the editor. This change allowed the translation to complete and the post to be published. Additionally, we have escalated the issue to our second-tier support for further investigation.

What can I do to complete the translation to 100% and publish my post in English?

I'm sorry, but I'm still getting the same message. Please see the attached screenshot. This means a plugin is probably changing the default WordPress login page (wp-login.php) to something else. This is usually done for security purposes. Please disable this feature or share the correct login address with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.
Yes, I was able to connect to your site now. I also solved this problem. The English page is translated now. You can see it here.

The problem seems to be with the new version of the Advanced Translation Editor. I needed to switch to the previous version before completing the translation. To switch the Translation Editor version, press the gear icon and change it in the pop-up window. Please see the attached screenshot. Your site now uses the older version, but there is no problem with this. In the same way, you can switch back to the newer Advanced Translation Editor.
I'm escalating this issue to our second-tier supporters so they can investigate why this happened.
P.S. The English was in draft mode, so I published it.
Our second-tier supporter informed me that future versions of the Advanced Translation Editor will fix this problem. If everything else is okay, you can already switch to the new version. If the same problem occurs again, you know what to do.
