Please first create a full website backup (files+database).
After you do that, please take a look at the recommendation in the URL ticket below:

That should guide you correctly on how to update WPML to the latest versions and where you can find all the different WPML versions.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply, but I don't need update. I need to download older version of WPML Multilingual CMS. I think there was before releases page where I could download older versions but I can't find it anymore.

I understand what you wanted and in the link that I shared, you had this line:

That is the link where you should be able to download different versions of our plugin.
