Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with WPML on my site 隐藏链接. I followed the steps suggested previously, but encountered several error messages. The path /home3/cqidltfs/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/otgs/installer/installer.php is Delegated.
Symptoms:

Questions:
Should I move the credits to the new domain 隐藏链接 since 隐藏链接 is not valid anymore?
Would it be better to treat 隐藏链接 as a development site and move it to production?
Should I just move the credits, hit the new site key, and eventually delete the first domain?
