Problem:
I am trying to: Update Plugin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: Succesful update

Instead, I got:The site is breaking

Solution:
We had a recent patch for the issue of the error on the first screenshot. Please check this out: https://wpml.org/errata/woodmart-updating-to-wpml-4-5-results-in-fatal-error/

It is already resolved by the Woodmart author in the 6.1.5 version.

It is already resolved by the Woodmart author in the 6.1.5 version. Could you please try to update it and see if it fixes the problem?

Unfortunately, that didn't help. We tried to update the plugin, but the website broke.

Maybe we can send you access to the website?

Have you tried to update the Woodmart theme, as stated in the errata? https://wpml.org/errata/woodmart-updating-to-wpml-4-5-results-in-fatal-error/

If you're using at least the 6.1.5 version for the parent theme and the issue is not solved, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
