Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm using WPRentals with WPML, and when trying to translate a Listing a get this error "WPML didn't manage to translate this page."

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I trying to search in forum but, no luck.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

This issue might be happening due to a recent update. Sorry for that.

Can you please let me know if you had the chance to try the steps mentioned at the URL below?

If that doesn't work, please also try this:

If none of those will work, we have another thing that you can try.

One user reported that they fixed the issue with the following steps:

- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- Click on "Translators"
- Check if your user is defined as a translator. If not, please configure it again.

Please let me know how that goes and if you are now able to translate pages.

1. Can you please let me know exactly what page you are trying to translate so that I can take a look?

2. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

Hi there.

All I had to do was to resend the same listing for translation.

I went to WPML > Translation Management > searched for "Y.POETICO" > and resent it for IT translation.

Now, the ATE editor loads up just fine:
