We process refunds immediately. You'll see the refund within a few business days, depending on your bank.
How will I receive my refund?
We refund orders in EUR. If your payment method uses another currency, the amount might not match exactly, because of exchange-rate fluctuations and the rate your card provider applies.
Can I get a refund for AI translation words I purchased?
Yes — as long as you haven't used the words, you can get a refund for them. If you've already translated, a refund is available only for translations done with PTC, under our 60-day Translation Quality refund policy.
