Overview of the issue
If you are using WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce with the Multicurrency feature enabled alongside WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons and WooCommerce PayPal Payments, you may encounter issues where add-on fees are not properly added to PayPal during checkout.
Workaround
This issue is under investigation for a solution in an upcoming WooCommerce Multilingual release.
