We decided to discontinue the development of the WooCommerce Gateways Country Limiter extension and instead, merged all of its features into our WooCommerce Multilingual plugin.
WooCommerce Gateways Country Limiter allowed you to choose which payment gateways to display for different countries, as determined by the customer’s billing address.
It was removed from the WPML.org downloads page and from the WPML Installer section in the WordPress admin.
