We have used this to professionally translate the websites of our clients. The only downside we encounter using this service over API is that the advanced translation manager is not working anymore and the pages translated with the service are reverted to the classic Translation manager.
Switching back to the advanced translation will delete a lot of translations. So be aware once you use this service. Not sure if the working is different from other services.
