Visual Composer - Duplicated Texts in Advanced Translation Editor

Overview of the issue

When using the Visual Composer plugin with WPML, you may see duplicated content in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) under specific circumstances:

• Create a page.
• Add a Row, a Column, and then Content.
• Send the page to translation and open the job in the Advanced Translation Editor. You’ll see that the content appears twice.

Despite this, translations display correctly on the front-end.

This is similar to a previous issue, but only occurs with this specific workflow.

Workaround

We are working closely with the Visual Composer team in order to resolve this issue.
