Avada - Form Submission Not Working on Translated Pages

Overview of the issue

Using forms created with the Avada theme's Forms Builder are not functioning correctly when submitted from a translated page.

Workaround

Please, make sure of having a full site backup of your site before proceeding.

• Open …/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/class-fusion-form-submit.php file.
• Look for line 422.
• Replace:

  				$site_host_name = preg_replace( '(^https?://)', '', home_url() );
  

• With:

  				$site_host_name = preg_replace( '#^www.#', '', wp_parse_url( network_home_url(), PHP_URL_HOST ) );
