LearnDash - Nested deep links not resolving correctly in translations

Overview of the issue

When using LearnDash with the Enable Nested URLs feature, direct links to deep nested items (like topics) do not resolve correctly in the translated versions. Instead of pointing to the full nested path, the link redirects only to the course level.

• A nested URL looks like this: /courses/[course-name]/lessons/[lesson-name]/topics/[topic-name]/
• In the translation the link stops at the course level: /courses/[course-name]/

Workaround

There is currently no workaround available. We recommend disabling the “Enable Nested URLs” feature in LearnDash until a fix is provided.
