Your email with account information is titled “Your WPML login and invoice information”. If you don’t see this email in inbox, check your Spam folder.
Where can I find the email if it’s missing?
To find the missing email with your account information:
Check the All Mail folder
Check the Promotions folder
Check the Spam folder
Manually search for “WPML login”
How do I prevent missing future emails from WPML?
To ensure our emails always arrive in your inbox, add the following emails, purchases@wpml.org and hello@wpml.org, to your contacts:
In our email, hover over the sender’s name. A profile box will appear.
Click the add to contact icon.
Adding email to contacts
Gmail will now send emails from this address to your inbox. While this should be sufficient, to make sure our emails never end up in Spam, whitelist WPML emails.
Still can’t find the email?
If you still can’t find the email with your login details, go to the Contact Us page and use the Password recovery option.
