[Решено] want to delete 2 addition languages

I want to delete 2 addition languages (french and Italian) and delete all the content. I followed the instructions, but once I click on delete all french/italian content, it is loading for 1-2 minutes and after this nothing has been deleted and I can click the button to delete everything from this language again.
