Background of the issue:
We are using Woocommerce, WPML, and Hubspot as our CRM. We have a product in (default) English that is translated into four other languages. When ordered or quoted, there are five items synched into Hubspot. The product itself is the same, regardless of the language, so it has to be handled as such.
Symptoms:
Translated products are seen as unique products in Hubspot, resulting in multiple entries for the same product in different languages.
Questions:
What can I do to prevent translated products from being seen as unique products in Hubspot?
