We worked closely with folks from Elegantthemes to make all their themes compatible with WPML plugin. We’re very happy to say that now they all are compatible.
Each theme includes a configuration file that tells it what needs translation so you'll be able to translate all the special features such as SEO custom fields (home title, description and keywords), sliders, quotes, date format and more.
All small texts that come from the theme back-end and front-end can be translated too.
