WPtouch Pro 3.2 added a bit of code, which reads WPML's language information and displays a language switcher that's adapted especially for mobile devices. Now, when your visitors surf your site using their mobile devices, they will see a nicely-styled language switcher.

The great thing about this update is that it's completely transparent to you. Just like everything else WPtouch does, you get sensible defaults and you don't need to figure out where to click to get a nice mobile theme.
