we need very, very urgent help with a technical problem. There is already a ticket for this, but the support employee only answers every 24 hours and then totally misses the point. We really need help very urgently NOW. We are losing a lot of money and reputation because our customers can't use the service they paid for. It is extremely frustrating to communicate about the ticket right now and since it really can't wait any longer, I need someone to look at it NOW or at least prioritize the ticket very high.
