I am trying to use WPML for translation workflows, but all translations are stuck. We previously had an error stating 'Your site doesn’t meet WPML’s minimum requirements,' which now seems resolved. We received a message saying 'Great! All WPML requirements are now met. Your site is ready to use WPML,' but the issue persists.

Symptoms:
All translation workflows are stuck, and we cannot send translations anymore. Despite resolving the initial requirements error, nothing works.
