[Закрытые] Automatically translate internal links in product descriptions

Background of the issue:
I am trying to automatically translate internal links inside product descriptions in my WordPress site using WPML. Specifically, I want to change links like the size guide from скрытая ссылка to скрытая ссылка. I attempted to change the HTML in the original language product description to size guide, but it reverts to size guide when updated. The issue can be seen on this page: скрытая ссылка.

Symptoms:
Internal links inside translated product descriptions are linking to the original language page (EN) instead of the translated language page (DK).

Questions:
Is there a way to automatically translate internal links in product descriptions without manually changing them for each language in the translation editor?
