Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the WPML plugin on my website, скрытая ссылка. WPML needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates.

Symptoms:
WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org. There is a communication error preventing the connection.

Questions:
How can I allow outgoing communication to wpml.org to remove the notice?
