Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit translation strings on my WordPress site using WPML. Before, I could edit these strings, but now as I try to modify this translation string, it's not working. I need to substitute these words with different ones. The issue can be seen on this page: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
I am unable to modify the translation strings as I could before. The changes are not being applied.
