Background of the issue:
We encountered an issue with translation on our site скрытая ссылка. The site was initially created with content in German. After installing and configuring the WPML plugin, our goal was to translate the existing German content into English. However, the existing content appeared in English instead of German, and WPML attempted to re-translate it back into German, consuming our available translation credits. We previously spoke with your team, who advised us to manage all content in German and mentioned that they would handle the process for refunding the credits. We have implemented our backend in German accordingly.
Symptoms:
Currently, the content is displaying correctly in German and we have managed it as per your guidance. Our present concern is to have the credits refunded; we are not running the translation process at this time. German will remain the default language and English will be secondary. We will proceed with the translation process later once our backend is fully managed as expected.
