Background of the issue:
We are experiencing an issue with an ACF custom field and WPML. We have created a custom field group (Info clinique) with a URL field called rdv_enligne. The field is working correctly in French (default language). However, in the English version, the field is locked and copies the French value. We need a different URL for English, but the field is not editable. We have tried setting the field group as 'Make Field Groups translatable' in the Multilingual Content Setup, went to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation, but rdv_enligne is locked to Copy (we cannot select Translate), used WPML > Support > Troubleshooting to clear the cache, fix post type assignments, check for orphaned strings, and re-saved the ACF field group in French.
Symptoms:
The custom field rdv_enligne is locked as 'Copy' and cannot be set to 'Translate'.
Questions:
Could you please advise how to unlock this field so that we can set it to Translate and enter a different URL in English?
