[Решено] Deleted several website keys but the credits didn't revert back to my account

Background of the issue:
I noticed that a lot of websites registered under our agency's account are no longer maintained by our team, so I wanted to re-assign their credits to use on another project. As per documentation, since we don't have access to those websites anymore, I simply deleted website keys from the account.

Symptoms:
The credits didn't get reassigned to our agency's account after deleting several website keys.

Questions:
Why didn't the credits revert back to my account after deleting the website keys?
