Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the strings of the fields of a select in the Elementor form on my site скрытая ссылка using WPML.

Symptoms:
The site-side result is returned with a single string and not in several fields as a select should provide.

Questions:
How can I translate fields in the select?
