Background of the issue:
I am trying to switch to a new site theme, Hello Elementor, and I expected to see the flag icon in the navbar menu to switch between languages. The issue can be seen on this page: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
Nothing is showing, so it is impossible to switch language.

Why is the flag icon not showing in the navbar menu?
How can I make the flag icon appear to switch languages?
