Background of the issue:
I have copied a website and am trying to switch from classic to advanced translation. I want to create English translations from the Dutch website. In the old website, classic translation was set, but I'd like to use the advanced translation. I already changed the settings. The issue can be seen at: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
The advanced translation tool does not appear at all. It simply goes to classic mode directly, both with existing pages and new pages. I don't get any errors.

Why does the advanced translation tool not appear after changing the settings?
How can I ensure the advanced translation tool is used instead of the classic mode?
