I experienced a critical Array to string conversion error related to a Custom HTML Widget containing the PHP execution shortcode: [myphp file='layout-parts']. I have increased the WP Memory Limit to 128M.

Symptoms:
The error persists whenever I attempt to edit, save, or DELETE the specific Custom HTML Widget from Appearance >> Widgets. The site immediately crashes.

Questions:
I need a permanent solution to safely create and manage a dedicated Custom HTML Widget for the English site.

Please provide the necessary steps or code to implement a custom wpml-config.xml file to permanently exclude the [myphp file='layout-parts'] shortcode and its widget metadata from the String Translation system.
