Hello WPML Support Team,

When translating WooCommerce products using the WPML Translation Editor, I frequently get this message:

“This website is under heavy load (queue full).
We’re sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. Please try again later.”

This happens even when translating a single product and after retrying later.

Could you please confirm:

Whether this error is coming from WPML’s translation servers (queue overload)

If so, what the recommended workaround or best practice is on our side when this happens

I’d like to understand if this is a temporary server-side issue, or if there’s anything we should change or avoid to prevent it.

Let me know if you need debug information or logs from our site.
