[Решено] Issue with translation publishing

I am trying to translate content but it doesnt show as translated even though it is marked completed in translation dashboard. If i go and add a translation it will show as completed but on refreshor if i come back to the all pages page again later it goes back to the + to add a translation. even if i click again it opens up the editor with the content already translated from the first time. So i save again and go back to all pages and it still shows as if i didn't add one. Also when i try to switch the language from the top bar after i made the translation it gives me an error like the content you are trying to access doesnt exist.
