[Закрытые] Links are not translated, point to original language

Background of the issue:
I have 2 languages on my website. I have content in ACF fields in all my blogs. The internal links are not 'translated' and point to the original language. In the Advanced editor all links appear as '
I have already tried going to WPML > Settings > Translate Link Targets and clicking the 'Scan now and adjust links' button (it updated 1800 links approximately). I also added in custom XML: tests_0_editor. I added a new link in the text, still it's pointing to the EN language instead of NL language. Only option I have is to manually edit each link in the Advanced Editor. Then it does point to a NL URL. Example post: скрытая ссылка

Questions:
Why are the internal links in ACF fields not translating and are all pointing to the original language?
Is there a way to automatically translate internal links without manually editing each one in the Advanced Editor?
