Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to manage translations on my website скрытая ссылка. Initially, I created pages in English and then used WPML to create a Japanese version, setting Japanese as the default language. I added Chinese Traditional and completed AI translation.

Symptoms:
The menu for the Chinese version is not syncing or translating as expected. Additionally, I encounter issues with the WordPress REST API and find the menu guide not useful for my theme, Twenty Twenty-Four.
