Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the pay-as-you-go system for automatic translation in WPML. During this process, I noticed errors in the error log, and a large portion of the submitted pages were not translated. I am sending a translation usage report and a screenshot of a sample page that wasn't translated. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: скрытая ссылка but these pages is a lot more.

Symptoms:
Only about 20% of the pages I sent for translation were actually translated, but I was charged for all the translations I sent, not just the successfully translated ones.

Questions:
How can I get a refund for the untranslated pages cause errors?
