Background of the issue:
I have recently purchased 90K translation credits (Order #17413374, €100.00 – completed on 18/09/2025) for use with WPML. I am trying to use these credits for translations on a site under development.

Symptoms:
The purchased prepaid credits do not appear in my WPML Translation Dashboard. Instead, only Pay-as-you-Go credits used (198,684) with a cost of €101.47 are shown.

Questions:
Why are my purchased prepaid credits not available in my WPML account?
How can I activate the prepaid credits for translations?
