I followed the steps provided by customer support, which involved removing and adding credits on wpml.org, unregistering and registering WPML in the WordPress backend using the key from wpml.org. These steps were done for the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. We are currently using WPML Multilingual CMS 4.6.13 and WPML String Translation 3.2.3. We do not want to update the plugin to avoid potential issues with other functions. Symptoms: Prepaid credits are not showing up on our site, even though they are assigned. Questions: What should I do next to resolve the issue of prepaid credits not showing up? Are there any additional steps I should follow to ensure the credits are applied correctly?
