[Закрытые] Product categories are translated but not synchronized

Background of the issue:
I am trying to have all the product translations translated and synchronized. The translations were imported using WPML Import and Export. Everything worked good for pages, products and posts, but I am having troubles with product categories. My default language is Russian. Romanian has 93 translations, which is correct, but German has only 8 translations, even though the count at the bottom of the screen shows 91. There's a mismatch in the German language. Also, neither German nor Romanian translations are synchronized; they appear as separate translations. The hreflang alternate tag for Romanian doesn't show any alternate URL, indicating that translations are not correctly connected. You can see the issue on this page: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
Product categories translations are not connected. There are inconsistencies between the total number of categories detected by WordPress for German (93) and the total number of categories I see (8).

Questions:
Why are the German translations not synchronized and showing a mismatch in count?
Why is the hreflang alternate tag for Romanian not showing any alternate URL?
