[Закрытые] Shortcodes dropping out of ATE/Translation Memory

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update a translation in the ATE. When doing so, I noticed that previously translated shortcodes are appearing as untranslated, even after being saved. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: скрытая ссылка

Symptoms:
For some of the shortcodes that were previously translated, the segment is now blank, and the front end shows the original language for the item displayed by the shortcode instead of the translated text.

Questions:
Why are previously translated shortcodes appearing as untranslated in the ATE?
How can I ensure that saved translations for shortcodes are retained?
