[Закрытые] Tranlations Managers are labeled as

Background of the issue:
I've added three editors as both translators and translations managers, but they are labeled as 'false' in the translation management box. They don't have access to translate, for example, WPForms.

I've tried to:

1. Remove them as both translators and translation managers and re-add them (both as translators first and as translation managers first) but that didn't help.
2. I tried to clear the WPML cache and the other actions under WPML > Support but that didn't help.

Symptoms:
The editors are labeled as 'false' and have limited access instead of having full rights as translators and translation managers.

Questions:
Why are the translation managers labeled as 'false'?
How can I ensure they have full rights as translators and translation managers?
