[Закрытые] Translate strings in a plugin

Background of the issue:
I'm using a plugin (Ultimate Responsive Image Slider) and have slides created. Slides have titles, pulled from the backend. I want to translate these image titles, which are actually from a media library. So I installed WPML media.

Symptoms:
Search is not working when trying to find images for translation. After manually translating the image title and clearing the cache, the English version of the site still shows Slovenian titles.

Questions:

I clear cache, visit the site in incognito and on english version, there is still slovenian titles
